VIP BIRTHDAY TENT

Would you welcome a VIP Birthday Tent at the next Pontardawe Festival?

We were thinking of a quiet tent, small bar, no stage, nice seating, maybe some snacks, with the chance to meet the bands after they had been on stage for Q&A/Signings... A comfy more secure area with less hustle and bustle...

We have been mulling the idea over for some time, but can not quite strike on what we think would be the winning formulae...

Sounds like a grand idea. A bit like a 'green room' for (presumably only) the main stage. Chance for performers to meet-up with each other pre- and post-performance and with (paying?) guests. A couple of CCTV links to other stages would be good. Area could be used for media interviews also and you might even be able to attract a sponor or two for the area.
Go For It.

The artists already have their green room, they still need their private area, I like the idea of feeds from other stages...

Getting the balance right will be the trick. We have a lot of followers that have been with us almost every year since the beginning of the festival, I don't want this to sound wrong, so please excuse me if it doesn't sound quite right... A lot of our long term customers are getting just a little bit older... and mostly I have them in mind for this venture... somewhere special, away from the hustle and bustle, maybe their own clean vip toilets...
